The focus is on different levels of problem-solving skills, depending on what is required: Analysing challenging situations, reflecting on your own stance and behaviour in terms of how you deal with others and your tasks, developing effective solutions. Coaches bring in their knowledge of organizational, behavioural and health-related correlations as impulses. They structure the sessions, give feedback and apply suitable methods to motivate participants to implement their findings in their everyday working life.
The focus is always on supporting the client and developing individually tailored solutions.
“Individually tailored” means that in addition to the clients’ interests, their environment – i.e. their job requirements, the needs of the people surrounding them and the corporate culture – is looked at as a whole.
